Youtube Positions Itself As A Pay To View Service

Youtube have been slowly evolving their video site, so slowly that you may have missed it. First they started streaming full music concerts, then they began streaming catch up tv on their website. And now they are testing a pay to view service.  YouTube have launched a streaming video on demand service, supplying viewers with movies and tv shows for a price of between $0.99-$3.99.
